Glass of Grüner Veltliner ~
Tomorrow can wait.

Sitting by Erie –
Waves crashing, wind in the trees ~
She’s deep in her book.

September sunshine –
Comes in lower through the trees ~
Sad but still welcome.

Glass reflected trees –
The leaves, all but gone ~ mirrors –
Last longer, perhaps.

Hoheria blooms –
Finally, Summer is here –
White flower carpet.

Excited bees, ‘gainst the clock
Flowers falling, soft warm snow.
