For once I stay in –
Enjoy silence of my own ~
Birdsong, on my own.

Electric light show –
Illuminates the night sky ~
Await Sound’s release.

Small blossoms –
Fill the night with fragrance ~
Quietly.

Wheelchair veterans –
Remind how lucky we are ~
Cycle for five hours.

Bit lonely tonight –
There is but one advantage ~
Starfish in the bed.
